Rev. Sean Stanfield Senior Pastor Rev. Sean is a Local Pastor, appointed by the Bishop to oversee the total ministry of Rehoboth. Rev. Sean helps lead Rehoboth in fulfilling its mission of making disciples of Christ through witness in the community and the world by: preaching and teaching the Word, providing pastoral care and counsel, administering the sacraments, and ordering the life of the church for service in mission and ministry. |

Maryann Davis Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper Maryann is the first point of contact for folks who call or come by the church during the week. She handles the administrative work of the church serving as the liaison for clergy, staff, and committee chairpersons. Maryann also has other administrative duties including: bookkeeping, church scheduling, and maintaining church records. |

Carrie Neblett Director of Children's Ministry Carrie is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children of Rehoboth to experience Christ and come to know God’s love. Carrie also develops nurturing relationships with the parents to better serve the families of Rehoboth through shared ministry. |

Pamela Major Co-Director of Children's Ministry Pamela serves as part of the nursery staff on Sunday mornings and during special services and events. She also helps teach children's Sunday School. Along with the children's ministry staff, she helps create an overall vision for children's ministry that is inclusive and community oriented. |

Cassie Davenport Interim Student Minister My name is Cassie Davenport and I am proud to have been in the trenches with students along their journey of faith over the past 10 years. I have served as a youth director at Algood United Methodist in Cookeville with Rev. Pat Smith while I attended Tennessee Tech University. In 2013 after graduating with my bachelor’s degree, my husband Jesse and I moved to Gallatin(his hometown) and attended Rehoboth UMC until I was hired as a youth minister at Good Shepherd UMC later that fall. Over the course of five years on staff, I served in many roles, including Youth Minister, Pastor of Student Ministries (birth-college), Director of Preschool Ministries, and eventually the part-time children’s minister after my son was born in 2017. I have served in many roles and have loved working with students of all ages because it is where God has truly called me! I left my position at Good Shepherd in December of last year to pursue the mission field that God has called me into in this season of my life… the public school. What better place to be the light of Christ to the next generation than being with them for 7 hours a day? To fulfill that calling, I am currently pursuing my Masters in Teaching at Welch College and spending countless hours keeping up with my very busy and amazingly fun two-year-old, Alder Gray. We are expecting our second little boy in April of next year and cannot wait for the sleepless nights, many diaper changes, and baby smiles we will be blessed with. I am so excited to be a part of your church community over the next couple of months in the interim as you seek God’s will in finding the right fit in leading your students and moving forward with being the hands and feet of Christ and fostering the spiritual growth of your students. |
